What color are you????
The color code is a big deal in the Ensign family. I know Melissa posted about it a couple of weeks ago, but I wanted to make sure the Marsden family was familiar with it too. There are a couple of personality profiles out there, but the one I am most familiar with and like the most is the Color Code by Dr. Taylor Hartman. My dad has been very interested in the philosophy of it and has introduced all of his children and grand children to it. About two years ago, Lan England, my brother-in-law???(too much to explain) bought the color code company. Many Human Resource departments hire people to come into their company to do the personality profile so that their employee's can develop a better understanding of themselves and others and how to approach different people in different situations. It is a great tool as a husband, wife, mother, father, child, friend, employee to help understand what makes you and others tick. All of the four colors (red, blue, white and yellow) have great abilities and limitations. I have learned a lot about myself and my family and it I think it helps tremendously in relationships. I have had the opportunity to teach about the color code in four different health classes, an adult roles class, Relief Society and Young Women's. I would love to introduce you to it too, if you aren't familiar with it. I also have a CD for each color personality that is really entertaining to listen to. If you are interested in taking the test, I would be happy to e-mail you the test and the key. It is a better indication of what color/colors you actually are then the one online. Even if you have taken the test before, this is a more specific test. It is a really fun family night activity (as Melissa mentioned). It doesn't take too much time. Sean and I have been talking a lot about it too in preparing to be a companion. Please let me know if you would like me to e-mail you a test.

thanks!
This sounds like a real good exercise on self-knowlege! Yes, please, e-mail it to me: marsden@starstream.net. And I'd like to know your color code results, Margie :-)
Me too Margie!
Margie, our family has had fun taking the color code test over the years...my sister was friends with the authors daughter, Tara Hartman, so we got some free books! ;) ha ha...It's totally been interesting to take the test as I get older to see if I change! ;)
